We’re hiring an HR Training Specialist – all aboard for a fun and exciting job!
Join the Human Resources team at Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel and play a key role in employee development across multiple properties. In this role, you will deliver engaging training programs, manage learning activities through the Learning Management System (L3), support compliance training across the property, and help employees develop the skills they need to succeed and grow in their roles.
No Trainer Experience? No Problem! Training experience is a plus but not required. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others learn. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are the keys to success in this role.
The Details: Position Type: Full-Time, Year-Round Pay: $23.70 per hour
