Cardi B Says She’s ‘Very Scared’ to Get Another Boob Job: ‘These Kids Done F—ed My Sh–s Up’

The mother of four previously said she last went under the knife in 2024.
Cardi B wants to get her breasts redone, but admitted via X Spaces on Monday (Oct. 19) that she’s nervous to go under the knife for that type of cosmetic surgery.
“I’m not gonna lie, I want to get my titties done already,” said Cardi, who’s a mother of four. “For some reason, I’m scared. For some reason, I’m very scared of getting my boobs done. I don’t know why. I’m not afraid to do nothing but my boobs. It’s not a fun surgery, but I have to get my boobs done. These kids done f—ed my sh–s up. Bean bags. I’ve been having these boobs already for 100 years.”
The “WAP” rapper continued: “I have been having them for like 18 years. I’ve had these titties for a really long time and they’re sagging really bad… My nipples are very, very, very big. My areolas, I guess, they’re super, super big. I love them, I really do. They’re sexy. However, it is so hard for me to put certain clothes on.”
Cardi explained to the Bardi Gang that she’s not looking to change the size of her breasts, but considers the potential augmentation just a refresh, although she’s hesitant to book the surgery. “But yet, I don’t know if I’ma get them done,” she added. “I said I want to — I’ve been saying I want to for a long time, but I don’t know if I’m going to.”

Over the summer, Cardi set the record straight when it came to her cosmetic surgeries and denied having any procedures done leading to weight loss. The Grammy-winning artist also explained that she hasn’t had her butt reduced.
“I don’t need to go get my a– reduced,” she said in an IG Live session. “News flash: I did get my a– reduced.” Cardi admitted she’s had surgeries in January 2024 and August 2022 to get the polymers in her butt removed.
“Unlike certain celebrities, I can’t just go and lipo my butt, because my skin is like kinda loose,” she continued. “That’s why my a– shakes so much. So if I just go and get a lipo reduction, that is the easy way, my a– could drop. So I would have to cut myself, and I’m not cutting myself. I’m not sitting down for four months. I’m outside, like I said.”
On the music front, Cardi impressed with her dazzling performance in her Tiny Desk Concert debut on Monday (Oct. 19), which saw her run through her discography and give her anthems a renewed feeling with a live band joining her for the set.
