Apple has announced its second event scheduled for October 2026. The company is expected to unveil its first touchscreen MacBook laptop during the event on October 28.
The announcement was shared on the social media platform X by Greg Joswiak, Apple’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing. The event, titled “Pro and tell,” will begin at 8:00 p.m. Moscow time.
According to MacRumors, the event is intended for members of the media. The company is also expected to release official press information about its new products. The editorial team at 9to5Mac has also received an invitation to attend.
According to Bloomberg, Apple is preparing to introduce several new devices. These include its first touchscreen MacBook, a MacBook Pro powered by the M6 chip, an updated iMac computer, and an iPad mini tablet featuring an OLED display.
However, it has not yet been officially confirmed which of these products will be unveiled during the event.
Ahead of this presentation, which will be Apple’s second event in October, the company introduced several new smart-home products earlier in the month. These included the HomeView display, designed to control a smart-home system; an updated HomePod mini smart speaker; and the Apple Home Collection range of devices developed in collaboration with LG Electronics and Schneider Electric.
Further details about the products to be unveiled at the new event, along with their technical specifications, are expected to be revealed during the official presentation.
