During the biennium, key reforms enhanced health governance, primary health care, health financing, and the country’s capacity to prepare for and respond to public health emergencies. Major achievements include the adoption of the country’s first National Health Financing Strategy (2025-2032), vaccination coverage above 95%, strengthened district health management, and significant progress toward the elimination of lymphatic filariasis.
