Billboard’s Live Music Summit returns to Los Angeles on Nov. 10, bringing together some of the biggest names and influential voices in live entertainment for a day of industry conversations, networking and celebration. Among this year’s honorees are Weezer, receiving the Legends of Live Award, and Hilary Duff, recognized with Outstanding Pop Tour of the Year. With more than three decades of touring under their belt, Weezer has built a devoted, multigenerational fanbase, bringing their catalog of alternative rock anthems to stages around the world. Currently on their 32-city arena, The Gathering World Tour, the band continues to demonstrate the enduring appeal that has made them a force in live music.

At the summit, Weezer will reflect on their touring career and lasting impact on the industry in a conversation with Billboard co-chief content officer Jason Lipshutz. The band joins past Legends of Live recipients including Usher and John Mayer.

Beyond the stage, the summit offers opportunities for the people behind live music to connect. Returning as a sponsor, AEG Presents will host this year’s luncheon, bringing artists, executives and industry leaders together for an afternoon of conversation and networking. As a leading global live entertainment company behind major tours, festivals and live experiences, AEG Presents shares the summit’s commitment to celebrating the people and partnerships that keep the industry moving.

Hilary Duff will also take the spotlight, receiving the Outstanding Pop Tour of the Year honor for her Lucky Me Tour and joining Billboard correspondent Lyndsey Havens for an exclusive conversation. After more than a decade away from touring, Duff made her highly anticipated return with the intimate Small Room, Big Nerves shows, reconnecting with fans who grew up alongside her. What began as a limited four-show run quickly evolved into a full-scale Lucky Me world tour, fueled by overwhelming demand and an expanding schedule of dates through 2027. With 32 new extension dates, the tour now spans 91 shows worldwide, kicking off in Madrid in May 2027 and wrapping in Anaheim, California in November. Beyond the honorees, the summit will bring together executives and industry leaders for discussions exploring the evolving live entertainment landscape.

MSG Entertainment’s Josephine Vaccerello will join Billboard’s senior correspondent Kristin Robinson for a live taping of Billboard’s On The Record, while representatives from leading talent agencies UTA (Jbeau Lewis), The TEAM (Kevin Shivers), WME (Robby Fraser), IAG (Jarred Arfa), TBA (Josh Mulder), and CAA (Shirin Nury) will discuss the business of touring on the agency sector panel. The conversation will be followed by a discussion on the festival market, featuring Dreamshop Management’s Heather Kolker, ROAM’s Jeremy Shpinzer, C3 Presents’ Huston Powell, Goldenvoice’s Melissa Ormond, and Another Planet’s Allen Scott, moderated by TK.

Rounding out the programming, Billboard’s co-chief content officer Leila Cobo will moderate a conversation on international touring with OCESA’s Guillermo “Memo” Parra, Live Nation’s Nidhish Varughese, Oak View Group’s Steve Collins, and AEG Presents’ Angie Rho.
