The international conference “Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan” — CIET 2026 — will take place in Ashgabat on November 3–5, 2026. The event, to be held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, will bring together representatives of government agencies, manufacturers, investors, financial institutions and technology providers.
Held under the slogan “Innovations. Investments. Development,” the conference will focus on advancing the construction, industrial, chemical and energy sectors, implementing infrastructure projects, promoting digitalization and attracting investment. An exhibition of new products and technologies will also be organized as part of the forum.
One of the event’s key partners will be Aýdyň Gijeler Economic Society. Established in Turkmenistan in 2016, the company operates in several fields, including industry, electrical engineering, electronics and urban infrastructure. Its manufacturing base comprises more than ten production facilities.
One of the company’s main areas of activity is the manufacture of lighting equipment. Aýdyň Gijeler produces street-lighting poles, luminaires, LED lighting devices, floodlights and energy-efficient lamps. It also offers architectural lighting solutions for streets, public spaces and various infrastructure facilities.
To improve road safety, the company manufactures traffic lights, road signs, safety barriers, controllers for traffic management systems and multifunctional poles. Its product range also includes bus shelters and various types of equipment designed to improve urban environments.
Aýdyň Gijeler’s electrical engineering division produces aluminium and copper cables, cable products, metal structures, profiles, pipes and other materials for the construction and industrial sectors.
Another important area of the company’s operations is electronics manufacturing. Under national brands, it produces smartphones, mobile phones, tablets, laptops, all-in-one computers, televisions, routers and household appliances.
In addition, the company is developing card products and digital identity verification solutions. This area includes technologies for manufacturing bank cards, SIM cards and identity documents.
Aýdyň Gijeler is also expanding its international cooperation. In the Kingdom of Eswatini, the company has established two businesses, serving as the sole founder of both. One of them, Aýdyň Gijeler Eswatini, specializes in the introduction, production and supply of national identity cards and biometric passports. Eswatini Quantum Works focuses on manufacturing cable products, lighting poles, traffic lights, road signs, safety barriers and electronic equipment.
The Aydyn Gijeler Construction Technologies project is also being developed in Uzbekistan. A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between the company and the Tashkent city administration, and a plot of land has been allocated for a manufacturing complex. The project envisages the production of road safety barriers, road signs, lighting poles and other products for transport infrastructure.
The company’s diverse manufacturing activities align with the main themes of CIET 2026. Its lighting and cable products support the development of energy infrastructure; metal structures and road equipment serve the construction and transport sectors; while electronics and identity verification solutions contribute to digitalization.
Aýdyň Gijeler’s participation as a key partner will provide an opportunity to introduce the capabilities of Turkmenistan’s manufacturing sector to the international business community. The forum will also create opportunities to discuss new investment projects, exchange expertise and establish business contacts between Turkmen enterprises and foreign companies.
