Turkmengaz State Concern Announces Open Tender for the Procurement of Material and Technical Supplies

The State Concern Turkmengaz has announced open tender No. T/GAZ-038 for the procurement of materials and technical supplies. The procurement covers general production equipment, auxiliary materials and chemical products.
Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz State Concern has announced Open Tender No. T/GAZ-038 for the procurement of material and technical supplies for its own needs. The final deadline for submitting tender proposals has been set for 3:00 p.m. local time on 23 November 2026.
The procurement is being conducted in three categories: general production equipment, auxiliary materials and chemical products. Manufacturers of goods that meet the tender requirements may apply to participate in the competition.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender must submit a written application stating the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details.
Applications from companies registered in offshore jurisdictions or holding bank accounts in such jurisdictions will not be accepted.
Participants must familiarise themselves with Turkmenistan’s Law on Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs, the tender procedures and the list of documents required to participate in the competition.
The tender documentation specifies the characteristics of the lots, technical requirements and the main terms of the contract.
The fee for participating in one tender lot is US$1,500 or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manat. This amount excludes value-added tax (VAT) and bank charges. The relevant payment account details will be provided upon submission of the written application.
Tender proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on 23 November 2026. Documents submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted for consideration.

Tender proposals must be prepared in accordance with the document preparation instructions and submitted in two separate sealed envelopes secured with a mastic seal. Proposals will be accepted for consideration only after confirmation that the relevant payment has been credited to the recipient’s bank account.
