Qatar Development Bank has introduced investment tracks offering up to $1.1M for early-stage startups with MVPs and up to $5.5M for established tech companies expanding to Qatar.
Qatar Development Bank (QDB) has launched funding programs targeting innovative technology startups. Early-stage startups equipped with a prototype or a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) are eligible to receive up to $1.1 million in investment. The funds are disbursed in tranches tied to agreed-upon development milestones. Alongside capital, selected founders and their teams receive visa support, subsidized housing during relocation, and discounted company registration fees.
For more established enterprises operating for over 3 years that seek to enter the Qatari market, a dedicated investment track offers funding up to $5.5 million. This program reflects Qatar’s ongoing efforts to attract global tech talent and foster an advanced innovation ecosystem in the region.
