In January–October 2026, the total volume of products manufactured and work performed by entities within Turkmenistan’s industrial complex exceeded the planned target by 18.8 percent. This was reported by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Baymyrat Annamammedov at a government meeting held on Thursday.

The chemical industry and the production of construction materials made the largest contributions to the sector’s growth. In particular, the Turkmenhimiýa State Concern exceeded its production plan by 22.9 percent. This figure reflects sustained growth in the production of mineral fertilisers and specialised chemical products.

Strong results were also recorded by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production. During the reporting period, the ministry exceeded its plan for manufactured products and completed work by 32 percent. This growth is attributed to rising demand for domestically produced construction materials, metal products and cement amid the implementation of major infrastructure projects across the country.

Positive results were also achieved in other sectors of the industrial complex. The Ministry of Energy fulfilled its production plan by 103.7 percent, while the Ministry of Automobile Roads reached 107.5 percent.

High performance was also recorded among entities under the authority of the Ashgabat City Administration. During the first ten months of 2026, the planned volume of work and services was completed at 133 percent.

These figures demonstrate the growing production capacity of Turkmenistan’s industrial sector and the positive impact of construction and infrastructure projects on demand for domestically manufactured products.
