Exciting Clinical Director BCBA Opportunity with AAH in Charlotte, NC!
Do you love helping children learn and succeed?
Already Autism Health is looking to add a full-time Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our growing team of ABA providers in a clinic setting. As a Clinical Director at Already Autism Health, you will provide leadership, clinical oversight, conduct behavioral assessments, and supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, BCaBAs, clinic supervisors, and practicum students. You will also collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy in the clinic setting.
Location: In-person in Charlotte, NC split between our two clinics in Charlotte 28208 and 28269
Schedule: Full-time, billable requirement decreases based on clinic size and growth.
Compensation: $110,000 base salary + $10K Sign-on/Relocation Bonus + Monthly bonus opportunities
